Our Process
Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, TrueVantage Home Inspections provides professional service from the moment you schedule your inspection.

1. On-Site Walkthrough
A certified home inspector will walk through the property and review the home’s major systems. Clients are welcome to follow along and ask questions throughout the inspection.
We perform all inspections in accordance with the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice, the leading home inspection association.
2. Real-Time Communication
After the walkthrough, we provide a summary of the home’s general condition. We highlight any major concerns that may require immediate attention, as well as items that should be monitored or considered for future maintenance.
When applicable, we may also review findings with your real estate agent to help support a smooth transaction.

3. Detailed Digital Report
You will receive a clear, easy-to-read inspection report delivered in HTML and/or PDF format.

The report includes:
-
Photos of key findings
-
Descriptions of observed conditions
-
Notes on safety concerns and maintenance items
-
Clear identification of issues that matter most

4. Easy Reference & Follow-Up
Your report is designed to be a practical tool, not just a document. It allows you to quickly reference what was discussed during the inspection and make informed decisions moving forward.

We are also available to answer questions after the inspection is complete.
