Pool & Spa Inspections - starting at $135
Pool & Spa Inspections
Standard Pool Inspection - Starting at $135*
A visual-only inspection of the pool's accessible components including the shell, coping, decking, visible plumbing, pump, and filter. We check for cracks, leaks, damage, and visible safety concerns.
Spa not included in this tier.
Premium Pool Inspection - Starting at $185*
A more comprehensive inspection that includes everything in the Standard Pool Inspection plus:
Inspection of attached spa (if present), Basic water chemistry testing (pH, chlorine, alkalinity), Pump and heater function check (if operable), GFCI/electrical safety test and inspection of additional features (lighting, water features, automation).
